GDPR and data protection

Analysis happens in your browser, which means most of what you scan never becomes personal data we hold.

Data minimisation

We only store what an account needs: your email address and the scans you actively choose to save.

All AI Detector is the controller for account data. Contact gdpr@allaidetector.com for any data protection matter.

Your rights

  • Access — a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — deletion of your account and saved scans.
  • Portability — your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection and restriction of processing.

Transfers

Data is stored within the EU/EEA. Where a sub-processor operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

You may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
